I have been working in Hospitality and Customer Service for 16 years. I have managed restaurants, and theatres. Focused on exceeding customer expectations and developing staff. In that time I found event managing to be the most rewarding. I was the private events manager for a fine dining restaurant for 5 years. My events were personal events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, etc. I was able to increase private event sales 45.8% in my first year and maintained growth....right up to the start of the pandemic. Now I am using the skills learned in personal event planning to develop an exciting corporate event program at Improv Asylum and Laugh Boston.
