As a former HR executive with nearly 30 years of experience in adult learning and leadership development, I saw an opportunity to make a greater impact by creating programs that address mental and emotional wellbeing needs. Having experienced burnout and depression myself, I found an enormous gap in services and support, so I built a resiliency, emotional agility, and burnout prevention program for organizations and individuals that integrates neuroscience, cognitive therapy concepts and the latest in resiliency research to provide simple skills and tactics to help people thrive.
