She has a proven track record in creating cultures of partnership and inclusion, encouraging collaboration and inter-team communication, and implementing change to achieve a team’s desired outcomes. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Business from Nottingham University in the UK and her Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Lehigh University. Aimee has worked in Human Resources in both London and the United States. The wellness and success of the teams she supports is her ultimate goal. Outside of work she enjoys spending time at the beach or on the mountain with her two children, husband, and dog.
