VIP Roundtable: The Psychology of Sales

The Psychology of Sales: How to Win Every Deal
Most people are terrified at the thought of sales. When they hear “sales,” they immediately picture a sleazy used car salesman who will say anything to close the deal.
But what if you could learn to love selling? What if you could elevate your sales game and drive your business to new heights in a way that feels natural and fulfilling? Sales isn’t about pushing—it’s about helping, serving, and supporting your ideal customers.
Join Justine Beauregard and Heather O’Connor for an open, interactive VIP roundtable where we’ll explore the psychology of sales. This session is designed to spark ideas, share solutions, and connect with like-minded women who understand the unique challenges of leading a growing business.
You’ll shift from feeling overwhelmed by selling to feeling empowered to sell with integrity and confidence. Plus, you’ll gain access to our panel of sales experts, who will share proven techniques to help you close more deals and achieve your business goals.
Don’t miss this opportunity to transform the way you approach sales!
About Heather:
Heather A. O’Connor, CEO of O’Connor Family Law, a divorce and custody law firm in Massachusetts, CEO of Break the Cycle, LLC, a personal development and empowerment coaching company, as well as a co-owner of an Edible Arrangement Franchise.
Heather discovered a passion for helping people go through family law issues after her marriage turned abusive, eventually leaving her as a newly single divorced mom of three kids under the age of 6 with little more than a high school diploma to her name. Through her experience, she decided to head to school to eventually become a lawyer with the goal of trying to make the divorce process better for others. After graduating from community college, then undergrad, and then law school, Heather served as a judicial clerk for the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and joined a boutique family law practice before deciding to open her own firm, O’Connor Family Law, in 2016. Since then, she has been able to grow the firm into one of the most highly sought after divorce and custody law firms in Massachusetts. Her firm has helped well over 1,000 people through their family law issues and is continuing to grow past the $4 million in annual revenue the firm currently generates. Through her work in divorce, Heather saw another significant need relating to women who felt stuck in marriages that aren’t toxic or abusive – just unhappy. Based off her desire to help women empower themselves and hopefully mend their marriages instead of have to go the divorce route, she is starting a new coaching program. Outside of being an entrepreneur, Heather is remarried with a blended family made up of her three adult children (and their spouses/significant others), her three minor bonus-kids, her two grandchildren, and her 16-year-old Pomeranian. She loves to travel with her husband, be out on the water, and dance like no one is watching.
