  1. Write down EVERY SINGLE task/project/to-do that you touch
  2. Write out a MASTER list of all your to-dos after tracking for 2-3 days
  3. Use highlighters to organize and prioritize it (green for revenue-generating tasks, red for “yuck, I don’t want to do this and can delegate it” tasks, purple for “this doesn’t really need to be done/is not a priority/can be pushed back” tasks)
