Where are you based? How did you end up there?
Martha’s Vineyard – 2nd home – moved here year-round in 2008.
Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
I had a personal training business in Arlington, MA, and ran an executive recruiting firm with my husband. After the 2008 financial crash, we had to minimize overhead and move into our vacation home on the Vineyard. Due to unwise investments, we declared bankruptcy in 2009. We regrouped, I got a Front Office Manager job at a 5-star resort, and hired my husband as concierge. After 2 seasons, we started a concierge business offering personal training, added black car service, vehicles, staff, weddings, events, and tours. We expanded our fleet to 20 vehicles.
What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
Success for me is not just financial; it’s having an excellent reputation, a great staff who loves their jobs, and continuous growth and expansion.
Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?
Declaring bankruptcy.
What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Recovering from Lyme disease.
How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?
Prayer, meditation, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and laughter.

Crossing the 7-figure billing mark.
Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?
With my background as a dancer and personal trainer, I love to move, stretch, and be in my body. I spend time with my husband, daughter/son-in-law, and granddaughter. I love the Vineyard and nature, and I value love, family, friends, and health.
What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?
I focus on the client, treating the business like an event planning and hospitality service. I give full attention to every client—from major financial events to simple, budget-friendly weddings—ensuring every detail is handled.

I have social media consultants managing my Facebook and Instagram, but I also do some personal postings.
