Where are you based? How did you end up there?
Walpole, MA. Many of my past patients & clients live in surrounding towns/cities and in Walpole. My office location was ideal to be centrally located.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
My company is a concierge medicine practice providing Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Reiki healing services. After 20 years practicing PT in traditional managed care settings, I realized health insurance limitations hindered my ability to provide quality care. I wanted to focus on treating patients as whole individuals, addressing physical, mental, and emotional health. All treatment visits are 60–90 minutes and tailored to each patient. I also provide Personal Training and Reiki services. Every treatment and workout program is customized to ensure long-term success, injury prevention, and functional improvement.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
To create a business offering multidisciplinary services addressing an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health in one place. I also aim to grow the business so I can step back from full-time treating/training to focus on growth while being financially secure and spending more time with my children and husband.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?
When my mobile caseload became so busy that I needed office space to accommodate more patients & clients. After planning and effort, I created a peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming office, completely different from traditional PT clinics.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Balancing treating/training clients, managing business responsibilities, creating marketing content, networking, and being a mother to my 15 & 12-year-old children. I handle all roles, including therapy, office management, bookkeeping, scheduling, administrative duties, marketing, ordering, housekeeping, and community outreach.

How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?
I remember why I started—my “whys”: my physical & mental health, my kids, my commitment to my patients/clients, and my love of improving patients’ lives and functioning.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?
The Facebook group has been a fantastic source for finding resources and services I’ve needed to run my business.

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.
Sponsoring my town’s Baseball & Softball Rec league. Seeing my son proudly wear his team jersey with my company name and watching a large banner displayed on all the town’s fields was surreal. I’m also proud that nearly 90 patients are exclusively referred to me, requiring minimal marketing.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?
I have faced challenges, hardships, loss, betrayal, and setbacks, but I’ve grown from them, turning negativity into positivity. I love to travel, explore new places, enjoy adventure, be by the ocean, watch my kids shine in academics, sports, music, and art. I value self-care, exercise, and family activities.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?
See above :-)

Where can we keep up with you? What social media platforms do you use the most?
