Where are you based? How did you end up there?
Framingham, MA – I was born and raised here.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
I spent three years living and working overseas in Malawi, Africa, after earning my master’s in child development and a PT degree. Experiencing parenthood abroad helped me realize that parenthood in America can be a lonely journey.

Warm Heart Parenting was created to build a supportive, non-judgmental community for families, honoring each family’s culture and choices. I offer home-based Pediatric PT (birth–10 years), infant massage, energy healing, child development education and monitoring, sleep and feeding guidance, and more. Long term, I aim to open a brick-and-mortar space that blends a coffee shop, play space, and therapeutic educational center for families at all stages of parenthood.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
Success is standing in my future brick-and-mortar space, where families feel supported, connected, and empowered. It’s about helping parents and children thrive and seeing the positive impact of our services.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur.
Leaving my full-time job and launching Warm Heart Parenting as my primary source of income has been transformational. It’s both exciting and nerve-wracking, but it marks a pivotal step in fully pursuing my passion.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
I am still refining my messaging and branding. Balancing marketing with certification courses, young children, and family life is a challenge. Social media marketing is especially difficult for me, yet I know it’s key to growing my client base.

How do you handle the harder days? The struggles?
I lean on my supportive spouse, family, and friends. Exercise, outdoor play with my kids, and relaxing with Netflix help me recharge.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?
Networking has been an amazing opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and engage with a supportive community of women business owners.

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.
Watching a child I’ve worked with since 2 months old start crawling was incredibly moving. Experiencing her growth and progress alongside her family reminded me of the hope and impact our work provides.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?
I’m a mom, wife, and independent person who values family, friends, and investing in my children’s future. I spend time dancing with my kids, enjoying playdates, dinners with friends, and creating meaningful experiences for my family.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?
I treat the whole child within the context of their family, respecting each family’s unique culture. My experience in early intervention and child development allows me to help parents find joy and hope in their children while providing tailored guidance to address challenges.

Where can we keep up with you? What social media platforms do you use the most?
I am most active on Facebook and Instagram and am looking to expand my advertising and marketing presence to reach more families.
