Where are you based? How did you end up there?

Rhode Island I grew up here.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?

I'm a commercial and residential interior designer. I have designed all over the country. My work has been featured nationally. I started my company in 2004 when my twins were 2 year old I wanted the flexibility of being home with them as I built my career one client at a time. I graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a degree in Fashion Marketing. I started working for Macy's and Filenes in Visual Merchandising.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?

My definition of success is consistency with my work and growing my clientele. If you asked my kids they would say I'm extremely successful. I feel there is always room for growth and to keep learning from each new project I take on commercial or residential.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?

March 2021 when my first billboard went up that was truly amazing and a dream come true for me.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?

Trying to keep my head on straight when I was going through my divorce. I kept working on my projects and working towards new ones. What also happened during that time was a complete transformation professionally and personally for me I became unstoppable.

How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?

Days when I feel like the walls are closing in I take a ride to the beach and breathe the salty air and stare at the ocean.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?

I love seeing all the successful female entrepreneurs. It's not easy being a female entrepreneur.

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.

When I was chosen nationwide as Sherwin Williams June Designer of the Month for 2022.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?

She is a mother of three amazing children and dog mom to Lola a Siberian husky. She is hardworking and doesn't stop she's an artist she paints custom artwork for her clients. She values her family. Free time is spent with her boyfriend, shopping, and gardening.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?

I listen to my clients I do not impose my views on them. I teach my clients to embrace color in their life. I am an out of box designer always pushing the envelope.
