Our company is a veteran and women-owned virtual assistant service, specializing in providing top-tier executive support. The inspiration to launch this business stemmed from my 12 years of experience in executive support roles, during which I observed a significant gap in the quality of services available for executive professionals. Recognizing the vital role an administrative assistant plays in a team, our mission is to bridge this gap by offering unparalleled support to our clients. We are committed to delivering excellence, understanding the nuanced needs of executives, and ensuring that our services enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
How have you grown within your personal and professional life due to the success of your business?
Running a virtual business has brought immense personal growth — the flexibility has helped me achieve better work-life balance and build resilience through entrepreneurial challenges. It has strengthened my confidence and problem-solving skills.

My definition of success is multi-dimensional, blending professional achievement with personal fulfillment. Professionally, it’s about client satisfaction, financial stability, and continuous innovation. Personally, it’s about maintaining harmony between my business and personal life.
I know I’ve reached success when I see happy clients, a thriving team, and have the time to enjoy family, hobbies, and self-care without feeling overwhelmed. Ultimately, success is an ongoing journey of growth and improvement.
Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur.
My most transformational moment came at a veteran business conference where I met other entrepreneurs who transitioned from military to business life. Hearing their stories and learning how military discipline and leadership skills translate into business success reignited my motivation and gave me renewed purpose and direction.
What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
In the early days, balancing business demands with family life was my biggest challenge. As a parent of young children and a new entrepreneur, I had to learn to manage time, delegate tasks, and set boundaries.
This experience strengthened my discipline and taught me the value of balance and self-care, making me both a better leader and a more grounded person.

One of my proudest moments was realizing how my entrepreneurial journey inspired my children to dream about owning their own businesses. Hearing my son talk about resilience, innovation, and dedication — values he learned from observing me — was a deeply fulfilling moment that showed my work’s impact beyond business.

I’m someone who values family, health, and active living as much as professional success. I love spending time with my husband and three children — whether playing sports, being outdoors, or relaxing together.
