Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
As a boudoir photographer, I find joy and fulfillment in capturing the essence of women's beauty and empowering them through my lens. My journey into this genre of photography began after experiencing my own boudoir session, where I felt truly special and empowered. That incredible experience inspired me to share this empowering experience with other women. I aim to create a safe and empowering space where women can embrace their unique beauty, feel truly special, and recognize their inner strength. Through the art of boudoir photography, I am dedicated to making women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered, ultimately helping them realize their inherent worth and uniqueness.
What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
That's a tough one! I think to me it's being able to provide for my family and also feel truly happy to go to work every day.
Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?
I think for sure once I hit six figures and realizing that I can do what I love and make a good living.
What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Probably always marketing as it's a HUGE beast that is always changing.
How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?
I definitely take a step back and try to remember what I am doing and why. Sometimes taking a break and leaving things for another time helps me get centered.
How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?
Well I just joined but seeing all the women in here being such a community has been amazing.
Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.
Having a client tell me how much I changed her life, I know the money and providing for my family is awesome but being able to change women's lives and perspectives of themselves is absolutely amazing to me.
Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?
I am a wife and mom of four. I live a very busy crazy life but I would never want it another way. My business and raising a family cohesively are so important to me and I'm so thankful every day. I really try to spend time alone and do self-care. I at least try to get my nails done and a massage bi-weekly. I LOVE to read and take bubble baths so I try to take care of myself and my well-being so I can be a good mom and business owner.
What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?
I think my personality is the best part of me and my business. My clients feel immediately at ease with me which is HUGE in my life of business and they are about to be almost naked with me. I know so many clients recommended me because they felt such a connection with me.
