My motivation to start this journey was a clear vision: to provide essential financial services to everyone. Programs like our Empower Initiative promote financial literacy and bridge gaps for individuals who might otherwise lack access to crucial financial information. My mission is to make a meaningful impact on people’s financial lives.
How have you grown within your personal and professional life due to the success of your business?
The success of FR Investment Group has helped me grow as a leader, professional, and community contributor. It has broadened my perspectives, strengthened my commitment to social impact, and given me a platform to leverage my skills for the greater good.
What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
Success is the dynamic pursuit of meaningful goals aligned with my values. It’s about personal growth, fulfillment, and positively impacting others. Success is ongoing — a holistic journey rather than a finite destination.
Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur.
Collaborating with Square One, a group providing children and families with tools for lifelong learning, was transformative. Developing a financial literacy program with them opened my eyes to how entrepreneurship can drive positive social change beyond profit.
What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Managing the diversity of mindsets within my team has been challenging. While diverse perspectives are enriching, they require careful management. However, embracing these differences has enhanced collaboration, innovation, and overall business quality.

BBW Inner Circle has provided me with a supportive community of like-minded individuals, offering opportunities and connections that have been transformative for both my personal and professional life.
Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.
One of my proudest moments was leading a complex partnership deal that had a significant impact on both companies. Coordinating the merger, navigating regulatory hurdles, and managing negotiations was challenging, but seeing the positive outcomes and collaboration unfold was incredibly rewarding.
Who is the woman behind your business?
I am an avid golfer at GreatHorse Country Club and an active member of the Union Club of Boston, balancing professional and social commitments. I love traveling and spending cherished moments with my family.
