How long have you been a Boston Business Women member?

Just under a year!

Where are you based? How did you end up there?

Hooksett, NH - I found the group awhile ago through a search!

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?

Hi, I’m Justine. I’m a Sales Coach + Trainer who helps people sell more things to help more people. I got my start as an entrepreneur running lemonade stands in my driveway and puppet shows in my backyard for $5 a ticket!

Since 2008, I’ve trained hundreds of thousands of people how to sell and helped 550+ paying clients worldwide reach up to 2,300% higher revenue using proven, feel-good sales strategies.

My goal is for it to feel easy for you to create the business you know deep in your gut you’re meant to have - the one that doesn't just feel wonderful to own but effortlessly grows because you love selling your offers to people!

After helping to scale multiple small businesses to $300MM, I know where businesses get stuck and what makes them truly successful, and I share these lessons on my podcast, People Over Profit.

Too many entrepreneurs are ‘hidden gems’ who deserve to be seen! You're special. You have a set of skills, gifts, and natural abilities no one else has, and your business is how you share them with the world. My job is to not only help you see them but help others see them too.

How have you grown within your personal and professional life due to the success of your business?

So much! I started working in a closet making $35k a year and now my husband is retired from his 6-figure job, I have a top-ranking podcast, over 550 clients, and feel like a totally different person. I'm free...to be me, to help people how they need to be helped, and to live out my purpose unapologetically! I'm so grateful for all of it.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?

Success is being present in the messy, imperfect ebb and flow of the most beautiful parts of my life. It's joy and freedom in all the best ways!

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?

I was new to business ownership and had made $0. I cold called a prospect, sold him a $3,000 package of services, and turned it into $70K recurring months in his business. This was a HUGE win and the kick-off to my career as an entrepreneur!

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?

Learning how to let go. Of bad offers. Of clients that didn't fit. Of work I did that wasn't working for me. Of control over projects others could do for me. Releasing control has been a struggle, and I am learning every day.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?

I've met some wonderful people and signed a client from a speed networking event I hosted!

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.

When I made more money than I ever did as a corporate worker by myself, working less hours!

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?

I love spending time with my family. My partner is the best human, my kids are awesome, and I have the most amazing friends. I love spending my free time outside, watching good movies or shows on TV, eating 5-star meals, and traveling. I also love writing and learning through podcasts, books, and mentorship.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?

I'm like human Google! I'm super creative, have tons of experience, loads of ideas, and an immediate and uncanny ability to understand things few others can. I care deeply about my clients and will overdeliver for them by default. I also have a deep emotional connection to my work and those I support. I take their mission on as one of my own and stop at nothing to help them achieve what they desire - and deserve!

Where can we keep up with you? What social media platforms do you use the most?

Instagram and Threads! @JustineBeauregardCoach
