Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
I am a Business Coach, Strategist, & Professional Problem Solver.
As a strategist and business coach, I’m equal parts big picture and detail-oriented. I excel at long-term planning while handling the smaller operational tasks. This allows my clients to focus on their zone of genius while I create actionable plans for today, next quarter, or even next year.
With me, clients get the accountability of a business coach along with the expertise of a systems nerd, marketing officer, and brand strategist. I remove the burden of running a business off my clients’ shoulders, and I’m proud to say they often tell me: “I don’t have to worry about that. Danielle will take care of it!”
What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
Flow and ease in my relationships and day-to-day responsibilities. Life will always have curveballs, but being flexible and confident in responding to them in alignment with my values is success.
Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?
The pivot into entrepreneurship started unexpectedly on my 40th birthday during a solo trip (originally planned with a friend). I met several online influencers and took time for reflection, laughter, and a break from my busy life. Returning home, I received a consulting opportunity that led me down this path. This experience taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing unexpected possibilities.
What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Realizing that I needed to align my business practices—time management, marketing, operations—with who I am, rather than what “the experts” suggested. Once I made that adjustment, everything fell into place.
How do you handle the harder days?
I lean on my team. My hardest days are when I feel like I’ve let my clients down. My team provides perspective, tough love, laughter, and solutions. I’ve learned to view challenges as lessons and trust that time and moving forward heal most things.
How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?
Being a member has expanded my network, enriched my knowledge, and redefined my approach to business and life. The positivity, inspiration, and empowerment from this community continue to propel me toward new heights of success.

It’s less one moment and more a feeling over time—recognizing my abilities, strengths, and the meaningful support I provide to others. I’ve learned to embrace my knowledge, experience, and capacity to make an impact.
