How long have you been a Boston Business Women member?
Less than a year

Where are you based? How did you end up there?
I am based in North Grafton, MA. I moved from the city to have more room to raise kids and originally came to Massachusetts from South Carolina over 20 years ago when I met my husband.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?
At Kaci & Co Wellness, I help entrepreneurial moms rebalance their bodies using holistic, foundational health practices. Drawing on my experience as an RN and Integrative Health Practitioner, I build sustainable wellness skills that busy women can integrate into their daily lives and share with their families, fostering long-term health awareness for the next generation.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?
I view success as running a sustainable business while helping other women become entrepreneurs. I guide mompreneurs in creating wellness practices they love and address the root causes of exhaustion and digestive issues. Success will be evident when my community is vibrant, interactive, and supportive—a true tribe empowering each other.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?
My most transformational moment was when I started sharing my work with others. I had been keeping myself small, wondering why progress was slow. Once I began showing up authentically, things began to shift, and opportunities started flowing.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?
Balancing a busy mom life, a part-time nursing job, and starting a business coaching other women has been challenging. Learning when to turn work on and off was essential to finding a successful balance.

How do you handle the harder days?
I take breaks and step away from my to-do list. Returning to my “why”—the community I am building and the women I help—grounds me and drives me forward after rest.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?
I’m new to BBW, but already see the value in being present and engaging with the resources and community offered.

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.
A client shared with me that she felt seen and heard for the first time, which brought her—and me—to tears. Holding space for someone struggling and helping them shift their perspective is incredibly rewarding.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?
I am a mom, wife, nurse, coach, and more! I love nature and open spaces, creating, spending time with family, cuddling my Sphynx cats, and being outdoors as much as possible. My values are honesty, hard work, space to rest, and family above all else.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?
I take a holistic approach to wellness, looking at the whole person. This includes mindset, habits, stress, personal growth, gut health, hormone balance, and more.

Where can we keep up with you? What social media platforms do you use the most?
I’m mostly on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. I also run a free Facebook community for Exhausted Mompreneurs here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/kaciandco/
