Natick, MA.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?

Before I made my move to the US, I used to work as an auditor and even owned my own audit and consulting company. But deep down, I knew that a career change was in order. I started diving into the world of yoga and Buddhism, hoping to find some direction. When my husband and I finally made the big move, I decided that my days in accounting and audit were behind me, and I took a leap into the esthetics field. Attending an esthetician school wasn't just about getting an education and license, but also about improving my English skills. As I began working with clients who wanted to enhance their skin condition, I felt a strong urge to find a holistic approach. That's when Ayurveda came into my life as if it was meant to be. It's like the Universe was guiding me toward my true calling. And now, I'm here, combining all the knowledge and experience I've gathered over the years. Nowadays, I offer classical Ayurvedic treatments, facials, and Ayurvedic skin health consultations. My main goal is to help my clients stay healthy and look stunningly beautiful.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?

To be honest, my definition of business success has shifted over time. It's no longer about chasing big profits or expanding my business like crazy. What matters most to me now is having loyal clients who genuinely enjoy my services and feel inspired to recommend them to their friends. I've become less ambitious and more focused on finding a graceful pace that suits me perfectly. I consider myself lucky to be in a position where I can work at my own pace and truly enjoy what I do.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?

Realizing that I'm the only person who is responsible for everything.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?

Employees.

How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?

I don't have such days now.

How has being a Boston Business Women Inner Circle member positively influenced your life + business?

I'm a newcomer 🙂

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.

Nine years ago, I made a move to the US with quite poor English. In less than a year, I got an Esthetician license. Fast forward nine years later, and here I am, an Ayurvedic doctor, serving clients from diverse nationalities. Let me tell you, it wasn't a walk in the park. Balancing studying and working six and a half days a week was no joke. In fact, it felt even more challenging than getting a PhD or running a company with 30 employees back in my home country.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?

Yoga, spiritual reading, walks with my husband, downhill skiing when the weather allows, meeting with friends, helping Ukrainian refugees, cooking and spoiling our cat. My values are honesty, generosity, kindness, and unconditional love.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?

Thanks to my background as an accountant and auditor, I possess a comprehensive understanding in financial and tax matters. To ensure efficient organization, I utilize advanced software that centralizes my files and recommendations. By leveraging my distinct combination of expertise as a licensed esthetician and Ayurvedic Doctor, I have chosen to specialize in a specific niche, concentrating on targeted skin health concerns. Acknowledging the vastness of knowledge, I remain focused on continuously expanding my expertise within my chosen domain.

Where can we keep up with you? What social media platforms do you use the most?

I had studied for the last 8 years. Was not too active on social media. I'm more familiar with Facebook.
