Conquer Confidence and Make Your Life Easier


We are the stories we tell ourselves. Have you ever considered what you say to yourself on a daily basis?

Seeing as social media, reality TV, and competition are everywhere, it’s easy to compare yourself to others.

When we let comparisons take over, we release our power and dive deep into a negative self-narrative. This can affect what we attract in our businesses, relationships, and even our wealth. Most of all, it shapes what we feel inside. When we enhance our confidence, we make our lives easier in every way. 

Here are 4 ways to build confidence now and start believing in yourself. 💖

1. Give Your Self Compliments

When we look in the mirror, it is simple to get caught up in everything that is wrong with our looks. However, from this moment forward, when you look in the mirror, find one positive thing to say about the way you look. This small, silly thing brings me a smile every time, plus it starts subconsciously reprogramming your brain to see the positives within yourself.

2. Find Something You are Passionate About

Filling your life with passion and things that excite you is how you increase your self-worth. This is significant because self-worth and how you value yourself are what makeup confidence. When you spend time doing things you love, you start to fill up your own cup and value your time. Caring for yourself and recognizing the importance of your time is key to building unstoppable confidence.

3. Consume Positive Media

Where your thoughts go is where you go. If watching a certain show or seeing a certain post makes you feel negative, stop engaging in it. The simplest way to accomplish this is to unfollow anyone who does not make you feel positive. We are what we consume. You have the power to fill your mind with anything you choose, so choose to follow/watch things that make you feel good. It’s okay to be ruthless with editing this part of your life. We are talking about your most valuable asset…. your thoughts. 

4. Surround Yourself with People Who Elevate You

Energy and perspectives tend to be contagious. Have you ever been around someone who is complaining a lot and then you do too? People’s words and thoughts carry influence. This can play a big part in how we see ourselves. Changing your inner circle might be the best thing you ever do. If your inner circle is tearing you down, making you feel unworthy, or not treating you with respect, it’s time for you to make a change. A new inner circle can bring you new opportunities, new perspectives, or just help you feel better about yourself. I understand how difficult this can be, and is a main reason I founded BBW Membership. Because you are who you surround yourself with, and you deserve to feel empowered and inspired. So go to a meetup, network, join a Facebook Group or strike up a conversation with the girl sitting next to you, just put yourself out there.
