Where are you based? How did you end up there?

Newburyport, I moved to Plum Island almost 20 years ago as I need to live at the beach and sail as often as I can. Plus, this is an adorable, historic and quaint seaside city that I love.

Tell us more about your company! What do you do and what pushed you to start?

I help women gain clarity and elevate their leader within so they can ask for what they want and get it. Women In Good Company is the premier inclusive social club and personal development platform that is redefining the meaning of the word community.

What is your definition of success? How do you know when you’ve reached it?

My definition of success is to never, ever quit and you will always reach your goals.

Tell us about your most transformational moment as an entrepreneur?

When my first client hired me to coach them and I knew that I could truly help them with a giving and gracious heart.

What was one of your biggest challenges in business?

Managing all aspects of the business from the tech, marketing, and sales and still enjoy work/life balance.

How do you handle the harder days? The struggles? Those moments when you feel like giving up?

I lean in to other women to chat. I try to turn those days into what I can do to give back with a grateful and gracious heart instead.

When you have a question or need, there is always an answer.

Tell us about your most proud moment in your career.

Being selected to work for the Vice Chairman of IBM in Corporate Strategy without having tenure. I got the position because I was bold and went after it.

Who is the woman behind your business? What does she like? How does she spend her free time? What does she value?

I value time when I can just chill with my adorable puppy, when I can call my family and friends and connect, when I can be in integrity with how I speak and my actions.

What makes you stand out from others in your field? What do you do differently?

I truly care about each and every client and each and every member. I get real and raw in conversations with them and do my best to offer solutions to any challenges they are having. My experience in life thus far lends itself to making a difference and an impact in the lives of others.
