Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

My background is International Corporate Marketing, but I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I was working full time and had just had my first son Leo when I got very bad psoriasis on my face. I knew about eating clean and using non toxic cleaning products but wasn't totally clued in on personal care products. I tried Beautycounter and I knew I wanted to be a voice for change - to educate consumers and make solutions available that would not do them health harm.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

The products are not only safe for you (while nursing and pregnant too) but they actually work!

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Make your own way - don't rely on anyone else for your happiness.

What is your favorite book?

Where The Crawdads Sing

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

I'm a connector. I love bringing people together- especially in business where it can help someone succeed.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

My win is being able to help clients make informed decisions and better choices for themselves and their families when it comes to beauty. My other win is serving my team of 2k women and some men to help them achieve their goals and feel success. Those things inspire and motivate me on the daily!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Study more and don't let others tell you, you can't.

How do you enjoy your free time?

With my two boys and husband, outside in nature, traveling, eating, reading, on the beach.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I'm fluent in Russian, proficient in French. In my early 20's I co-founded a Boston Professionals Networking group where I'd throw networking events for young professionals who had just moved in to the city. Boston can be a cold place and I was trying to make them feel welcome. I've also traveled all over the world for my previous corporate job and lived in Paris for 6 months when I was 21.
