Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
Before my baby was born, I was able to control almost every outcome in my life. I wanted to live in New York City, and I found a way to make it happen. I wanted to become a doctor, and I found a way to make it happen. If I wanted an absurdly expensive pair of shoes, I would find a way to make it happen! I learned that if I worked hard enough and dedicated myself completely, I could achieve it. But during my postpartum period, this motto and mindset failed me. Because I could not understand why no matter how hard I tried or how prepared I was, my postpartum expectations were not meeting my reality. It took shadow work and mindfulness practices to unfold my truth. Subconsciously, I was holding onto the vision that I had created around postpartum. It was as if I had a hand gripping with all its force to the motherhood expectations I had spent my lifetime envisioning. There was a weight and pressure I carried within my body as I refused to let that vision go. When I learned how to slowly open that grip, and gently release, everything became much lighter. It felt as if weight was removed from my body, and all my organs were finally relaxing, and then, I started loving everything about my postpartum. I want to teach people how to do this and I have become so passionate about guiding people to the postpartum of their dream, because I know it is possible. As an OBGYN nurse practitioner and lactation counselor, I also know that this teaching is missing in our medical system!
What would your clients say about you and your company?
I am passionate about what I do. I have a calm energy that can help people in time of stress, I am knowledgeable in my field.

You can create a sense of ease, when you are in a state of ease.

The Body Keeps The Score
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
I simplify to amplify. Rather than make modules very high-tech/complicated- I use zoom. I also love to use canva to design for Instagram.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
Just finished creating my website that will be launching next week!

Work smarter, not harder. As corny as that sounds- you are allowed to have success and abundance, while also living in ease. You don't have to work 24/7 to create success.
How do you enjoy your free time?
Doing yoga, going on walks with my son and husband, cooking, hiking, having a drink with my friends!
What is something that not many people know about you?
I love horses- I used to horseback ride competitively when I was in middle and high school 🙂
