I was born in Brazil but I came to Boston when I was 4 because my parents wanted us to grow up with more opportunities and I've been here ever since!
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I graduated in marketing. I've always loved business and psychology, as well as being creative and I wasn't sure if I was going to find a career that encompassed everything I was looking for. And then I opened up my own business and tried many different types of marketing until I realized that web designing and working on helping businesses develop their brand was what I loved most!
What would your clients say about you and your company?
That we're passionate about what we do! We're always there for you if you have any questions and we treat your projects as if they're our own. If we see anything that could be improved, we go to extra mile to do it.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Everything seems so much more intense in the moment than in hindsight. So just breathe.
What is your favorite book?
The Untethered Soul by far!!
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
Having my proposal so structured up! That way, I don't need to worry about negotiation or a client wondering what my packages include, everything is all there so once it's completed, we're good to go and get started!
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
My most recent WIN is really just me working with more of my dream clients. Women who are passionate about their business and who are looking for a creative website that sets them apart online! These projects have been lighting me up and to do what I love for the clients I want, has been
What advice would you give to your younger self?
You're so much stronger than you know. When you feel passionately about something, go for it. And get yourself a mentor to so you dont make the same mistakes!
How do you enjoy your free time?
I'm a social butterfly so I love hanging out with friends and trying new things.
What is something that not many people know about you?
When I was a toddler, I would write my name backwards for some reason. So to this day, my family sometimes still joke around and call me ``ellebasi`` instead of ``Isabelle``
