Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

My company was the first online coaching program of its kind. Without a playbook I evolved with the needs of my clients from fitness, to lifestyle to helping women find their voice through personal brand confidence. I have been featured on MTV, ESPN, ABC news, Fox News and I write for two magazines.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

I think they would say I am all about tough love, but more ``love than tough``. My company is known as the ``Mothership`` and I have been lovingly referred to as ``Mama Savage. I feel my coaching has that motherly flavor to it as I deeply love my clients like daughters and sisters.

My secret weapon is my wisdom in bringing out the best in my clients through professional coaching. It is my greatest leverage.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

I think my greatest WIN was speaking in front of 15,000 people in Nashville. . While I have been a speaker for years, this was the largest audience to date. This was right before the world shut down with the pandemic. Since then, I can say that I have spent the last year 'finding the good`` for my clients, my kids and helping women pivot into greater opportunities.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

I would say ``You were right to believe in yourself``

How do you enjoy your free time?

I spend all of my free time with family They are my greatest treasure. My son is a freshman at Boston College and my daughter is a junior in high school. I am a very ``present`` parent so any free time I have is devoted to them!

What is something that not many people know about you?

People are very surprised that I am a fan of K-POP music. My daughter introduced me to BTS-the singing group from South Korea and we attended a concert in 2019. Now I am huge fan. We are planning a trip to South Korea when she graduates from high school as we are both in love with the culture and of course the positive messages of the music.
