Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

My organization is the first nonprofit law center in the country solely focused on the legal needs of sexual assault survivors. Our legal services are free. The VRLC was founded in Boston and now we have 4 offices in Massachusetts, 1 in Portland, Oregon and 3 national training programs. I am a sexual assault survivors, lawyer and activist. Using my legal skills to help survivors has been a dream come true!

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

Miro is becoming my secret weapon. As I learn to use it I'm seeing it's a great way to be innovative with teams.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

I had an essay published in the book ``What would happen if we believed women?`` with Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley and so many other sheroes!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Don't stop being scrappy.

How do you enjoy your free time?

Hiking with my pup and hubby and loving up my stepdaughters' babies.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I'm kind of an open book. Being a sexual assault survivor so many people have connected with me throughout the years and there is a really desire to have an authentic connection so I try to share as much of myself as I can while also protecting my own hear.
