Less than a year

Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
Yes.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I provide a service to help small business owners stay organized and collaborate with their CPA. If I could provide as much less headache and stress to the owner, that's my goal. I've been in accounting field for over 15 years and corporate for all of that! I decided to become my own with the inspiration of my 3 children who cheer me on every way possible. Robby, Christina and Zachary are their names and then RCZ Accounting was born. I'm passionate about it and it has meaning.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
I think my clients would say ``rockstar`` or seem very thankful for my service. I need to make sure they are satisfied in my work and provide them the pieces they are missing and more in a business aspect. I've become pretty close to my clients, I build relationships, long lasting ones.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Best advice I've received is be confident in what you do and what you provide, if you are afraid of it then face it and get over it!
What is your favorite book?
I don't read many books other than accouting publishes or study guides for the CPA and CMA but I will say, over this pandemic, I found myself again, what I love, who I want to surround myself with and my passion. I have more motivation than I can handle right now but I love every moment of it. The book I'm mostly into right now is ``Becoming Supernatural``. I thank Inner Grace Wellness for introducing me!
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
I find it very useful in the FB groups, I've taken so much out of what each group shares. BBW especially! Some others are finding biz coaches, getting that feedback is important to me and not feel so alone in taking this turn in life. I'm still getting to know certain tools to use to help me organize and schedule but still learning. I did however find this great interactive pricing tool by Calconic, so worth it and It's embedded on my website.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
Most recent WIN would finally getting my website up and running and joining networking groups. It's giving me the motivation and drive that I can't stop!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don't be afraid, do NOT doubt your worth!
How do you enjoy your free time?
With my children, every chance I can to go away somewhere. We have a place in Wells Maine in the summer I love to escape to and just be on the beach. I have a love for yoga as well that I can't wait to explore more over the summer and hopefully do some retreats!
What is something that not many people know about you?
Not only am I an accountant but I went to hairdressing school so I'm familiar with the industry and come from family of entrepreneurs. I'm fascinated by all the creativity there but I'll stick to the numbers. I am also a new consultant for Pampered Chef and just learning how to cook! yes, just learning.. I'm having fun with it now and it's a nice balance to the analytical side of me!
