I was born and raised here in Milton.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I started Boston Baby Photos in 2003, before I had my own kids. I adored children and wanted to create a business that allowed me to work with them every day. After balancing marketing work and getting my MBA, I realized I should pursue children’s photography full-time. In 2005, I went full-time, and now I photograph 160–180 families a year.

What is your secret weapon?
My bullet journal. Every Sunday night, I sit with my 11-year-old to plan the week, which helps me manage my busy schedule.
What is your most recent WIN?
I launched two new Facebook groups: Boston Families Together and Year One Together, hosting local experts and fostering community for families and parents.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Slow down.
How do you enjoy your free time?
Lounging on the couch watching mindless TV and kayaking when the weather allows.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I’m completely passionate about babies and love babysitting for friends’ children whenever I can.
