Creative Director/Owner

Less than a year

What is your linked in URL?

Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?

I was born in Colorado. We moved to NH when I was a little girl. I still remember driving in my Dad's beige Chevy reading books by flashlight.

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I always knew I wanted to write. It was in blood. But I had no idea that I could bring my creative energy to advertising until college. Someone got up in front of my COM 101 class and talked about what it's like to be a creative in the ad world. I was hooked. Fast forward 20 years and I have worked at big agencies, small agencies and in house teams, all culminating in me starting my own agency. We are a small but mighty team that loves to collaborate with entrepreneurs to help them grow. Whether that's a new logo or website or a fully-integrated campaign, we live for digging in and finding a creative solution. And we have fun while we do it.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

We're fun, fresh and full of ideas that drive business results. We simply don't believe in creative for creative sake, it has to move the needle and solve a problem.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Build a team you love and then get out of their way,

What is currently your favorite book?

Pride and Prejudice

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

Copious amounts of coffee. And all things google.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

I am very intentionally building an agency that aligns with my values. My team knows that we value great work and hustle, but we steer clear of the toxic environments we've all experienced before. That is a win for us every day.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Don't feel like things need to be perfect to get started. There are hundreds of mediocre men out there faking it, so be confident in what you bring to the table and sell that shit, gurl.

How do you enjoy your free time?

What's free time? Kidding. I have two kids. We love to ski, play music, dance and cook.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I am the first woman of color elected to the Nashua City Board of Alderman.
