Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

My name is Jemmie—Boston native and incoming law student in the fall! Witnessing a need for community-based and affordable career services, I launched Editing by Jemmie! We assist members of our community with an array of professional services. Editing by Jemmie believes career services should be affordable and accessible to all. Most importantly, in the process of assisting others in achieving both their personal and professional goals, I get to empower women to tap into their greatest potential.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

Career services can be unaffordable and unattainable for most people. My clients know I’m willing to work with them to ensure we meet their professional needs. Apart from excellence, we pride ourselves in offering quality and affordability.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Everything has a solution so always keep calm!

I was recently admitted into law school and look forward to serving the Boston community upon graduation in three years.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Everything will eventually work out so no need to sweat the small stuff!

How do you enjoy your free time?

Traveling and trying different restaurants in the city!

What is something that not many people know about you?

I lived in Accra, Ghana and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia for two summers during high school!
