Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
I was raised in New York, and I've lived in Florida, California, Virginia, and Minnesota. I moved to Boston to be close to my sister and I've been here for almost four years.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I run Western Front in Chelsea, one of three minority-owned cannabis dispensaries in Massachusetts. As a veteran, it can be difficult for prospective employers to recognize my transferrable skills, and I had found myself generally under-employed. The owners at Western Front took a chance on me to lead their company despite having no experience in the cannabis industry.

Western Front's clients love our high-end aesthetic, wide variety of products, and our warm, outgoing staff.

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
Eating well and often. Consuming a mostly unprocessed diet keeps me youthful and focused. I'm not perfect, but when I eat junk, I feel like junk.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
Securing a partnership with High Times Magazine. Western Front will be an official retailer for the 2021 High Times Cannabis Cup this summer!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Showing up on time is the easiest way to make a good impression.
How do you enjoy your free time?
Hanging with my boo and our pets, cooking new recipes, curating my home, clothes and shoe shopping, reading, and trying the latest and greatest in cannabis.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I'm a sharp shooter.
