Moscow, Russia. Immigrated in 1984, for both political reasons and love

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I am a scientist by training and worked here in Children's Hospital and MGH in the research labs.I like working in the lab but my passion is making skincare products! My skin is very sensitive and when i moved to US i found that most products on the market irritated my skin. So i started making my own for myself, then for my family, then for friends and friends of friends. That's how the business was born.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

My clients say that they love working with me and love my products. I don't have many clients but the ones i have usually stick with me for many years.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Do one thing at a time. Focus on one thing deep, don't multitask.

What is your favorite book?

Isabelle Allende `` House of Spirits`` and her other books too

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

I meditate 20 minutes a day and it helps me stay focused

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

Joining BBW facebook group! I I am a shy person and for me to advertise myself, my products is a big effort. Yes, even writing introduction on facebook...But I feel encouragement and good vibes coming from this group!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Forget the word ``I can't``. You can and you should! And if it doesn't work - at least you tried.

How do you enjoy your free time?

I love hiking, swimming, reading and watching movies.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I left Soviet Union in 1983 and lived in Hungary for a year, learned Hungarian language
