Collective Channel helps female leaders do business more consciously, while still crushing it. Success doesn't have to come at the expense of our bodies and values. The world is ready for a new way of living and leading. After over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs and executives, co-founders Nicole and Savannah built this company for all women who can no longer accept business as usual. Holding a 10-day business retreat inspired by the Chakra System (the inner and outer transformation was unreal!)

What advice would you give to your younger self?

You're not responsible for how people respond to you. Just keep fully expressing your gifts.

How do you enjoy your free time?

Hiking, learning, meditating, and growing my own food.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I taught myself how to sync my diet, exercise, and leadership practices with my menstrual cycle, and now I teach other women how to do the same!
