I was born and raised in a small town in central MA named Oxford. I came to the city to work.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
A 30-year corporate warrior in financial services, my inspiration for creating my own skincare company came from my need to find a source for 100% natural products. After spending decades trying to manage the symptoms of misdiagnosed skin issues, I received a patch test that identified severe chemical sensitivity to a preservative contained in most commercially produced products. Seaworthy Naturals was born out of a commitment to provide a source of chemical-free, high quality products, made from all-natural ingredients.

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
Slack is a great online tool for sharing information across remote teams. I also use it to help me stay focused. While researching I use it to store information that's useful, but not a priority, so I can find it when I'm ready to consume it.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
My most recent WIN is finding BBW! I'm slaying it by hiring experts when I need help instead of trying to do everything myself.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don't give away your power.
How do you enjoy your free time?
Gardening, biking, hiking.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I'm pursuing a cannabis manufacturing license in MA.
