I was born and raised just outside of Boston.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I think I was a life coach before I knew you could be one professionally. Before that I was an apathetic scientist for 10years, when a life-changing injury led me back to yoga. Through that transformation I became a yoga teacher, personal trainer and health coach for seven years, helping others become the best version of themselves, while becoming who I meant to be.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
That I'm passionate and empathetic while also being unflinchingly honest and capable of asking the hard questions that they've been avoiding. That I see the potential in everyone and I show them who they really are and what they are capable of. I'm knowledgeable, positive and professional. I am my company Strength & Grace.
