Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?

Originally born in Moscow, Russia, I moved to the suburbs of Boston when I was 5 years old with my mom and grandmother who instilled in me the values of hard work and being able to pivot in any situation. I graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy on Longwood Ave and worked as a community Pharmacist in Boston for over a decade.

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I am Dr. Elizabeth Levitin — Pharmacist turned certified life coach and owner of my company Joyful Living by Elizabeth. As a pharmacist I helped thousands of people improve their health for over a decade. Today I help stressed out, exhausted women fall in love with their life, set boundaries, and prioritize themselves in under 6 months using my proven step-by-step program. After overcoming my own health struggles and learning how to put myself first, I felt compelled to help others on a deeper level by transitioning to life coaching. I have so much fun with my clients teaching them how to harness their power to help themselves, reduce their stress, and inspire success in their careers, relationships, and in their well being.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

``If I could look back to that same person who was struggling, I would say Elizabeth has the patience, skill and guidance to help you and guide you through your worst situations. I highly recommend her``. -Jim V. -- ``Elizabeth has helped me uncover truths, strengths, weaknesses, and BS I tell myself with an efficiency that borders on super human. But her real skills lie in dissecting the information she takes in and helping her subject reframe it into something workable, actionable, and motivational. -- At the most fundamental level, Elizabeth is a professional. She’s kind, personable, adaptive, and doesn’t shy away from confrontation, which is critical when you’re helping someone make meaningful, long-lasting change.`` -Nate G. -- ``I originally wanted a coach who could help me find a job but in the end I got so much more than that. She’s helped me completely rework my thought process on a daily basis and gave me the tools to take away most of the anxiety I feel by teaching me how to rewrite the dialogue in my head and focus on the facts instead.`` Cassidy C -- While working with me, Cassidy has not only transitioned into a dream job in the mental health field that she loves but additionally she has also been thriving in her writing career. -- Feel free to watch her testimonial video => https://youtu.be/0FOg9WOjW0I

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Consistency is key. Small steps turn into big results over time. Also, lead with love.

What is your favorite book?

Anything by Wayne Dyer, Gabby Bernstein, and Esther/Abraham Hicks

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

My secret weapon is my absolute belief in what my clients are capable of. I get to lead them to their solutions as they grow their own belief in themselves. I give my clients the exact coaching they need in every session by staying flexible with my methods and tapping into my super strong intuition.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?

My business has grown over ten fold in the last year. I have surpassed my reach goal and am continuing to grow strong. HOW? My fierce commitment and belief in my clients to get what they need. My clients have created massive results in their careers, relationships, and in their abilities to advocate for themselves and their needs.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

It is your RIGHT to take up space in the world. Raise your standards. Stop explaining yourself. Saying NO is a perfectly acceptable answer.

How do you enjoy your free time?

I love hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with my love. We are working through climbing all of the 48 4-thousand footers. Kicking butt at bowling with our Boston bowling league. Snuggling with my sweet doggy and love watching Netflix.

What is something that not many people know about you?

I am Russian and I speak it fluently. I don't have an accent because I immigrated to Boston when I was 5 years old.
