Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
I was raised in Boston for half of my life. I’m from Haiti — I moved here with my father and sister to search for a better life.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I started Fusion Dolls to spread diversity awareness and encourage our kids to love themselves inside and out.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
They love Fusion Dolls because they didn’t have that representation growing up.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Be consistent! That’s one of the best pieces of advice I’ve received. Success doesn’t just land in your lap — be consistent, hard work pays off.

What is your secret weapon?
I’m very resourceful and genuine — it’s easy for me to make connections with people.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying it in your career or business?
Getting accepted into the EforAll Accelerator Program is a big win for me. I’ve learned so much to improve my business, made great connections, and increased my online sales. Before COVID, I sold mainly in person at markets, but the pandemic pushed me online — and it worked! We’ve also expanded into three retail stores that now carry our dolls.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
You are beautiful inside and out — you are enough! Stop comparing yourself to others and let your light shine!
How do you enjoy your free time?
I spend most of my time working on my business. On weekends, I love spending time with my nieces, goddaughters, nephews, and family.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I’m a lefty!
