Yes — south of Boston in Quincy, Massachusetts. I graduated from Northeastern University and worked in Boston for many years.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I am the CEO and Founder of Ack Professional Life Coaching, where I serve as a certified personal coach focused on leadership development, business, and life transitions. My mission is to empower clients to reach their greatest potential and succeed in today’s challenging world.
Ack Professional Life Coaching was born from both experience and heart. I grew up spending summers on Nantucket, a place that continually inspired me with its natural beauty and grounding energy. After 20+ years working alongside executives and leaders at some of the world’s top Fortune 500 companies, I decided to redesign my own life — aligning my career with my integrity, goals, and strengths.
Today, I help clients of all backgrounds — from corporate executives to small business owners and individuals in transition — find clarity, focus, and fulfillment. My programs include executive leadership development, business coaching, and personal growth workshops. I also offer complimentary discovery sessions to help new clients begin their journey toward designing the life they envision, both professionally and personally.

No particular favorite — currently reading The Eventual Millionaire by Jaime Tardy.
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, an organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
My secret weapon has always been my positive mindset. From a young age, I’ve trained myself to find the light in any situation — to learn, grow, and move forward with optimism. This mindset is also something I bring to my coaching sessions, helping clients reframe challenges and find empowerment.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying in your career or business?
Every time I see a client empowered through our sessions — achieving clarity, confidence, or personal success — that’s a win for me. Helping others reach their greatest potential is my ultimate reward.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Trust your instincts and take a leap of faith in yourself. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. If you fail, you’ll grow wiser; if you succeed, you’ll gain confidence and fulfillment.
Keep your focus right, invest in yourself, and see life as a progressive journey. You can achieve anything you set your mind to — so make the most of every day.
How do you enjoy your free time?
I enjoy running, yoga, and biking, as well as volunteering my time to help others find clarity and purpose. I’m highly motivated, hardworking, and passionate about making a positive impact in the world.
