Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
I was born in New Hampshire and grew up on the North Shore. I went to Stonehill College and eventually settled in Walpole.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I began my career as an auditor in the Boston office of Deloitte but soon discovered a passion for professional development. That led me to join a consulting company specializing in training finance and accounting professionals across the country.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve been traveling, training, and consulting — and in 2018, I became President of my company, 20-20 Services.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
We’re a small, boutique firm that delivers engaging and practical training programs. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone become more successful, and I hope my clients feel my passion for their growth every time we work together.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Your to-do list will never be empty. Get over it.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying in your career or business?
In just 10 weeks, my team and I transitioned our company from hosting 100% in-person training events to offering 100% virtual programs — a huge accomplishment!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Chill out. Most of what you worry about won’t happen — and the rest probably isn’t a big deal.
How do you enjoy your free time?
I love traveling with my husband and children (and can’t wait to get back to that!). I also enjoy hiking in the woods with my dog.

I’m a closet introvert.
