BBB is a non-profit organization. We are a community built by individuals and businesses, dedicated to providing quality and trustworthy services and brands that enhance our neighborhood. I have a personal mission to serve our community through non-profits that I have a personal connection to, such as AFSPMA.org and Metrowest Conference for Women.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

I always try to go above and beyond and treat every business as if I was in their position. What support, value add and guidance can I provide to help them succeed? This is why I’ve been with the BBB for 18 years, to help small businesses grow and be a resource to the community.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

There are a few pieces of advice that have really made a difference in my life. Always strive to hire passionate people on your teams who are smarter than you and make a commitment to help them grow. Support the people and causes that are important to you, not others. |||<br /> Regarding balancing motherhood, work and ``me time`` -- Time is a finite resource. You can’t get it back and you will have to make choices about how you spend it.

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

During the pandemic switching the entire office to work from home. Offering our community guidance during these trying times. What advice would you give to your younger self?

Expand yourself, even if you are sure where you are going. Learn something totally unrelated to your passion. Visit a place you wouldn’t normally go. Live your life by a compass, not a clock.

How do you enjoy your free time?

I enjoy spending my time with my friends & family. I love being on my yoga mat or walking with my Bulldog Bella!

What is something that not many people know about you?

I am more concerned with my personal and professional growth and less concerned whether others recognize or applaud it.
