Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
I moved to the Boston area from New Jersey 11 years ago after meeting my husband.

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I worked for 23 years in the health and non-profit sector and loved every minute of it. I have a master’s degree in social work and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who is passionate about helping others. I am part of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and now work as an Executive Coach, helping people live their best lives.

What would your clients say about you and your company?
Kim is warm, competent, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and supportive.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Stay on your own yoga mat — meaning, don’t compare yourself to others.

What is your favorite book?
A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, an organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
I keep running lists in the Notes section of my phone. I’m constantly adding to and removing from it.

What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying in your career or business?
The beautiful endorsements and support I’ve received from friends and former colleagues have been incredibly heartwarming.

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t sweat the small stuff.

How do you enjoy your free time?
Walking my dog, spending time with my family, taking barre classes, reading books, and watching mindless TV.

What is something that not many people know about you?
I have a 20-year-old cat named Mama.
