Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
Born and raised in Szeged (Hungary). Moved to Boston 20 years ago looking for opportunities for a more fulfilling life.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
Loved movement and exercise since I was a kid, and played basketball in Hungary. After moving to the US, worked as a personal trainer, studied and graduated in physical therapy and massage therapy. Continued studying, yoga, neuroscience, movement therapy, brain based pain relief methodologies. Had a very serious incident 5 years ago, ended up with a broken neck, injured spinal cord, paralyzed arms. I have fully rehabilitated myself without surgery, with techniques that are based on the nervous system and the brain. I was told, even if I will be able to move, I will have limitations and will be in pain for the rest of my life. Using non -invasive, neuroscience based therapy proved that it doesn't have to be that way. I'm fully mobile, teach movement, help people rehabilitate their injures. And I'm not in pain at all. During my own rehabilitation process I promised myself if I can pull it off, I will open a studio to help people with injuries and chronic pain. My true passion is to help people to get rid of nagging, recurring injuries that traditional approaches cannot seem to help. I want to show people that they have power over pain, they do not need to suffer. Educating, sharing knowledge is the very first step to full rehabilitation and chronic pain relief. People need to know that there is hope!
