Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
At Club Pilates, I manage a team that provides more than just low-impact, full-body workouts—we offer a variety of class formats designed to challenge both the mind and body. My goal is to create a path to a more fulfilling life, physically and mentally, for every member who walks through our doors.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
“I’ve been going to Club Pilates Framingham for 4 months now and I attend 4-5 classes a week. In these 4 months, I’ve noticed my core has become stronger and my posture has improved. The studio has some great instructors and they offer both morning and evening sessions. The class size is at most 12, which gives the instructors the ability to focus on each individual and help them get the form right. I would definitely recommend this place.” — Club Pilates client Megha P

To love yourself and trust your intuition!
What is your favorite book?
You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, an organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
Self-care! I can’t support my staff or members if I don’t take care of myself first. I prioritize working out, spending time with my spouse, and doing spiritual practices like polarity therapy and meditation. When I’m aligned, everything else falls into place.
What is your most recent WIN? How are you slaying in your career or business?
We’ve been collaborating with other female business owners throughout the year. Our next event, Soul in the City, is an out-of-the-box positive body empowerment experience happening this March.

What is something that not many people know about you?
I graduated college Summa Cum Laude.
