Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I help busy women master their metabolisms & turn on their ``feel good, happy hormones.`` I spent 7 years working in corporate marketing for Fortune 500 companies in the male-dominated IT industry. I saw first hand what happens to women's bodies and energy levels when they try to sync up with our world's masculine rhythm. It's a recipe for adrenal fatigue, weight gain, energy crashes, and creativity blocks! I had to learn how to tap into and embrace my feminine hormones in order to optimize my metabolism, moods, and energy levels. After years of research and certifications, I am teaching women how to do the same so they can get their bodies, clear skin, and sex drive back! I believe that energy is our greatest asset, and we have far more control over it thank we'd initially expect! We can't control the amount of time we have in a day, but we CAN control the amount and quality of energy that is available to us!

Don't be so influenced by the people around you! All of the answers are inside of yourself 💕

Group fitness, creating new recipes, podcasting & roller blading!

What is something that not many people know about you?

When I was little, I wanted to be a construction worker 😂
