Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
Yes! I was born in Dorchester at the St. Margaret's Hospital for Women. I was raised in Milton and currently reside in South Boston.
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I am a Certified Life+Anxiety Coach & Restorative yoga teacher for women who are dealing with anxiety but do not have an anxiety disorder. In particular, I help women with the Sunday night work dread and restoring their work-life balance. I became a certified life coach because I believed in one thought that was keeping from living my best life. I thought I was stuck at my job… for six years.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
My clients will say I am not about ``should haves`` or ``should have-nots`` I am action-based and result-oriented, and every woman's trusted confidante.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Your future self doesn't care about your past, and neither should you.
What is your favorite book?
Milk & Honey by Rupi Kaur
What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
The CTFAR Model. This tool can be used to solve any problem in your life and it is what I am certified in!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
It's okay if your scared - it means you want to do well!
How do you enjoy your free time?
Going to yoga classes, walking the city, eating oysters, saging and cleaning!
What is something that not many people know about you?
I'm a Marvel movie junkie!
