Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?
Nope! I lived in Boston for eight years (grad school and my first job) but left seven years ago. My husband and I always knew we wanted to come back — our apartment in San Francisco had Boston art and mementos in every single room. We’ve been planning the move back for three years, and the timing was finally right!
Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career.
Parsnip is a partnership platform for better-for-you brands. We help brands connect with other brands, influencers, events, and agencies to grow their businesses through strategic partnerships.
I’m passionate about helping business owners succeed in the better-for-you space, and that motivation led me to start Parsnip. Before that, I became an entrepreneur by launching a snack company after nearly a decade-long career in consulting and finance.

Parsnip knows the best brands and curates the best partnerships! Helping founders get clear on how to grow their businesses is one of my greatest strengths.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Bias toward action — every single day.
What is your favorite book?
This changes often, but right now I’m fond of The Stone Diaries by Carol Shields.
What is your secret weapon?
Eating a mostly plant-based diet and working out daily — it helps me be the best version of myself.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Always be yourself — unabashedly, confidently, and excitedly yourself.
How do you enjoy your free time?
I love taking long walks, exploring local history, and traveling with friends.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I may be one of the last people watching this, but Survivor is my favorite TV show!
