Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I founded my company, Cintamani Group about 2 years ago. It is a consulting and training company dedicated to helping people achieve greater and more authentic success. It is my belief that there is a path of well-being and authentic success for each one of us. When we connect with that path, we become the person and create the impact we are meant to create. My company was built with the vision of being of service and empowering people to live their best life, one where their leadership, talents, passions, and gifts can be realized. My passion in this work started over 15 years when I started learning personal development and spiritual principles of success to dig myself out of a rut after leaving home at 16 years old to avoid a challenging home life. The knowledge and awareness allowed to completely transform my life and put it on a completely different trajectory which I'm so grateful for. Out of my undergraduate education, I built a few renewable energy businesses while working on my MBA which later took me down the path of working as a strategy advisor for Fortune 100 companies and at McKinsey & Company. I loved my career as a strategy advisor but felt a draw to work more closely with people to get to know them at a deeper level. I have a gift for helping people see the highest vision for their life and helping them move past the internal barriers and paradigms that are holding them back. It is fulfilling and rewarding for me to see people be able to move forward on what they would love for their life. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be of service in my business by helping business leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers in achieving the results they desire and living into their full potential. We all have so much to contribute and we can achieve all that we feel a calling for.
