yes! Recently moved to Cape Cod to marry my husband 6 years ago

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I started B FREE Coaching and wellness to help change people's lives through movement mindfulness and fun! I have been a social worker for over 20 years and a fitness instructor for 10. After admitting my addiction problem to alcohol, I really got into yoga meditation and mindfulness. It literally saved my life. After two rehab stays I decided I needed to teach other people how to connect the mind body and spirit together in order to really heal from anything. B FREE offers workshops, mindfulness life coaching and classes for kids and adults including are & be Soul Yoga, restorative yoga, recovery yoga, POUND, Zumba, Pound & Flow, and B strong (Circuit training)

What would your clients say about you and your company?

I get lots of facebook messages stating they have found true joy in B FREE. Others say is the most welcoming place they have ever been without judgement.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

What other people think about you is none of your business!

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, a organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)

I designed my own coaching model- FREE stands for Find Recover Evolve and Enjoy. I approach individual coaching and all my classes with this theory and method. I also teach yoga that is fun and accessible to all bodies and abilities. I am also a baddass!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

You were always enough

How do you enjoy your free time?

Being with my adopted 7 year old daughter as much as possible- and with friends doing anything active and learning new ways to love life

What is something that not many people know about you?

I am writing a book!
