Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?
I am a Nurse Practitioner who decided to start a NP/Nurse-led skin care company focusing on non-invasive cosmetic procedures after providing primary and palliative care on the North Shore since 2001. Prior to that, I was an RN at Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
What would your clients say about you and your company?
They love us :) We have had the honor of winning over 10 Best of the North Shore Awards. Clients feel comfortable with our team because our philosophy is minimally invasive treatments and natural-looking results.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
I was told years ago that the best thing my business can do is compete against ourselves and try to be better every year… and not worry about other people/what they are doing, etc.
What is your favorite book?

What is your secret weapon? An app, a tool, an organization method, anything?! (Can be a personal or professional life tool)
A supportive husband and an amazing team of professionals who treat RN Esthetics like their own baby.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Just do the best you can.
How do you enjoy your free time?
Spending time with my husband and three kids. Skiing, traveling, walking with my doggies.
What is something that not many people know about you?
I was in the Annie play as a kid. I played Molly.
