After earning my Masters degree in education and psychology at the I had had 13 years at a National Weight and Health Management company working as a health educator before I realized that I didn't feel like I was truly helping people just by losing weight. I knew I needed to go deeper and understand the root causes of why people felt called to overeat, binge and stress eat in the first place and what had people so discontent with their bodies. I found the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and embarked on a beautiful journey that allowed me to finally stop chronic dieting, heal my relationship with food and my body and I've been helping others to do the same for almost 3 years now!
