BBW Member interview with: AMANDA LEIGH PATTI; HIGH PERFORMANCE MENTOR & MINDSET COACH

What is your name and occupation?

Amanda Leigh Patti; High Performance Mentor & Mindset Coach

What is your instagram handle?

@amandalpatti

How long have you been a Boston Business Women’s Member?

Less than a year

Were you born and raised in Boston? If not, what brought you here?

Yes. Born and raised in Danvers, so just north of Boston.

Tell us more about your job or company and what led you to your career?

I help high performers reduce stress and overwhelm and increase happiness in their lives through powerful coaching. I also work with corporations to implement stress reduction programs and bring EQ into the hiring process. This helps to increase employee satisfaction, happiness and health, thereby increasing productivity, revenue, and employee retention.

What would your clients say about you and your company?

“I wanted to be proactive and connect with someone that I could resonate with and get results. Amanda is by far one of the most gifted people that I have worked with. She is a compassionate listener, a keen intuitive and an effective coach. She asks thought provoking questions that have lead me to dive deeper and deeper, unravelling my false Self and uncovering my true Self.

Amanda inspires trust making it easier to show up, be authentic and raw. She is able to sift through the minutiae of my ramblings and grasp the treasure of my truest desires. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how she has helped me reclaim lost parts of myself and heal long withstanding wounds. Coaching with Amanda is a life changer!” Denise C.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

To fill my cup before giving to others; to do what makes me happy.

What’s your favorite book?

Great question! There are so many that I love. If I were to choose one favorite today, it would be You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero.

What’s your secret weapon?

Just one?! Radical self-responsibility – owning up to, admitting, and moving through our own shit (can I say shit here?), our limiting beliefs, and acknowledging our successes, particularly when it feels challenging or frightening to do so.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

I would tell my younger self to not give her power away, or play small, in order to make other people feel happy or comfortable around her.

What is something that not many people know about you?

Something not many people know about me is that I want to be able to do multiple weighted pull-ups. I wonder how many of you reading this feel inspired by that or intimidated by it?
