Your Monthly Cycle & Productivity explained!

Everyone’s cycle & symptoms are different, however this chart may help you navigate how to best utilize your energy & peak alertness and give you a heads up during the days that you might be feeling fatigued or drained. When we start to understand the rhythms in our cycle, we can plan better for optimum success and not work against ourselves!

Day 1-2 = Period Begins. Fatigue (Don’t schedule busy days & lots of meetings, try to get to bed early and get more sleep)
Day 3-4 = Period/Cramps/Emotional/Bloat (Eat healthy and don’t give into unhealthy cravings. Watch your favorite movie, take a bubble bath, be good to yourself)
Day 5-6 = Period Ends. Estrogen & Energy increases (Book meetings & tackle projects)

When we start to understand the rhythms in our cycle, we can plan better for optimum success and not work against ourselves!

Day 7-9 = You are on top of your game, energetic and quick on your feet. (You will be on fire. Schedule important meetings and events. This is a good time to work on your business and life and not in it. Think more strategy & goal planning)
Day 10-13 = Estrogen peeks. (This is your time of month to go big and get out there and kill it!)
Day 14-18 = Emotional, Tired (Now let your body rest & rejuvenate. Take it slower this week. Don’t schedule too many meetings or events)
Day 19-22 = Breakouts (Take self care seriously, have a spa night. This is when we get the most down on ourselves.)
Day 23-28 – Bloating/Fatigue – (Reduce caffeine & sugar and increase cardio exercise)
